What Does The Future Hold For The Yanomami Tribe

Nobody knows what is going to happen to the Yanomami in the future. It rests completely in the hands of the cattle ranchers, loggers,  gold miners, army and everyone who goes into the Yanomami territory illegally. Some people think in fifty years the Yanomami will be living in modern day society, with no understanding of their inheritance of the Amazon. Although nobody knows what is going to happen to the natives, organisations have put together charities to try to preserve Yanomami culture and environment.

If the miners, cattle ranchers, loggers and illegal entrants into the Yanomami territory, stop harvesting, stealing and ruining the land, it will stop putting the Yanomami in harm’s way and they could live peacefully for the rest of their days. The army also can stop this tribe from becoming extinct because if they uncover all the illegal activities then they can stop a large amount negative impacts on the Yanomami people.

The Yanomami depend on nature for everything, no matter if it’s clothes, houses, food or water it all comes from nature. If their resources keep on being cut down and exploited by others, they will die.
